What the trial includes
Every new organisation starts with a one time free trial. Five hours of recording, usable within thirty days, whichever runs out first. You do not enter payment details to start it.
When the trial ends
It expires. It never turns into a paid plan on its own.
When the trial ends, recording stops until you pick a plan. Everything you already recorded stays where it is, and you keep access to those transcripts.
Nothing is charged automatically, because there is nothing to charge. See below.
Trial hours and plan hours
These are two different things and it is worth being clear about it. The five trial hours are a one time allowance. Plan hours are monthly and they begin when you choose a plan.
They do not stack. Choosing Starter does not give you five trial hours plus five monthly hours in your first month.
How payment works
Inclutra invoices by SEPA bank transfer. We do not store a card, and there is no card processor in the loop at all.
That is the reason nothing can be charged quietly. A paid plan starts only when you choose one and confirm the purchase.
Inclutra is sold to businesses and organisations rather than to private individuals, which is why sign up asks you to confirm you are acting in that capacity.
