§ 1 Who We Are

§ 1.1 Inclutra is operated by Alexander Duggleby (sole proprietorship), trading as Inclutra.

§ 2 Scope

§ 2.1 These terms cover your use of all Inclutra services, including the website, web application, recorder and display workflows, and support channels.

§ 2.2 Inclutra is offered for business and organization use.

§ 3 Accounts

§ 3.1 You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity under your account.

§ 4 Billing and Plans

§ 4.1 Plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled.

§ 4.2 You can cancel anytime. Upgrades are possible anytime. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.

§ 4.3 Pricing and included usage are shown on the pricing section of the site.

§ 5 Refund Policy

§ 5.1 Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

§ 5.2 Refunds are prorated by the number of hours already recorded, at EUR 8 per hour, after the free trial.

§ 6 Acceptable Use

§ 6.1 You must use Inclutra lawfully and fairly.

§ 6.2 You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer core service behavior, disrupt other users, or overload the platform.

§ 7 Your Content

§ 7.1 You keep ownership of your content.

§ 7.2 You grant us a limited right to process it only to provide and maintain the service.

§ 8 Availability

§ 8.1 The service is provided on a best-effort basis.

§ 8.2 No uptime SLA is provided.

§ 9 Liability

§ 9.1 To the maximum extent allowed by law, Inclutra's total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

§ 10 Law and Venue

§ 10.1 These terms are governed by Austrian law.

§ 10.2 Exclusive venue is Vienna, Austria.

§ 11 Changes and Termination

§ 11.1 We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page.

§ 11.2 We may suspend or terminate access at any time in cases of abuse or serious misuse.
