§ 1 Who Controls Your Data
§ 1.1 Data controller: Alexander Duggleby (sole proprietorship), trading as Inclutra.

§ 2 What We Process
§ 2.1 We process only the data needed to provide Inclutra.
§ 2.2 Account data: We keep account and organisation data until the account is deleted.
§ 2.3 Live audio: Audio is processed in real time for transcription and translation and is not stored by us.
§ 2.4 Transcriptions and translations: Stored while the account exists, or until a user deletes them from the dashboard.
§ 2.5 Support data: Support requests are handled by email.
§ 2.6 We do not sell personal data.
§ 4 Where Data Is Processed
§ 4.1 Data processing is EU-only.

§ 4.3 Analytics, telemetry, and logging for Inclutra are privacy-aware and self-hosted by us in the EU.
§ 5 How Long We Keep Data
§ 5.1 Retention periods.
- Account data: until account deletion.
- Audio: not stored.
- Transcriptions and translations: until account deletion or user deletion in dashboard.
- App and server logs: 90 days.
- Email correspondence: retained unless you ask for deletion where legally possible.
§ 6 Your Rights
§ 6.1 If you are in the EEA, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing.
§ 6.2 You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
