Add a stage display in Simple Mode

Open a dedicated stage display tab, move it to the projector or TV, and tune the transcript layout for the room.

Start from a simple recording

Begin with a normal Simple Mode recording. The primary view stays on the computer that controls the recording.

When you want the transcript on a room display, choose the Stage Display option from the recording screen.

Move the display to the second screen

Inclutra opens the stage display in a new browser tab. Move that tab into a new window and place it on the external TV, projector, or extended display.

Then run the window full screen so the room can read the transcript without seeing the operator controls.

Tune typography and colors

Adjust font size, font style, and theme to fit the venue. Use the dark or light presets, or choose custom colors when the screen needs to match the room.

The display can scroll like a caption screen or behave more like a teleprompter depending on whether you want new text to appear near the bottom or top.

Configure the audience QR code

The stage display can also show the QR code that links attendees to the transcript and translations on their own devices.

You can hide or show the QR code, change its size, and edit the headline text so the instruction fits your audience.

Next steps

Use Share the public audience view to prepare attendee access. If your event uses multiple rooms or remote devices, continue with Run Advanced Mode with remote recorders and displays.
