Create the audience link
After you start a recording and choose the languages for the audience, Inclutra can create a public audience link for that recording.
Share that link directly or show it as a QR code. Attendees can open it on a phone, tablet, or laptop.
Let attendees pick what they need
The audience view shows the live speaker transcript and the translations you enabled for the recording. Viewers can switch between available channels whenever they need to.
This gives every attendee a personal reading view without changing what the speaker or room display shows.
Adjust the reading view
Attendees can increase or reduce text size, switch between light and dark mode, and reset their display settings.
Those controls stay on the audience device, so each person can make the transcript comfortable to read.
Keep access simple
The public audience view works without an Inclutra account. The QR code or link connects viewers directly to the active recording.
That makes it practical for conferences, meetings, and open events where attendees should join quickly.
Place the QR code where people can act on it
Show the QR code before the talk starts, not only after people already need it. A title slide, printed program, lobby screen, or stage display gives attendees time to open the view and choose their channel.
If the event has several sessions, make sure each room shows the QR code for the correct recording. That prevents attendees from joining the transcript for a different speaker or room.
Suggested attendee instruction
Tell attendees that the QR code opens a live transcript and selected translations in their browser. Mention that they can change text size and switch between light and dark mode from their own device.
For multilingual events, remind people that the language channel can be changed after joining, so they do not need a separate link for each language.
If someone cannot open the view
First check that the recording is running and that the audience link belongs to the active recording. Then ask the attendee to try the direct link if scanning the QR code fails.
If the venue network is restrictive, mobile data can often be enough because the audience view runs in the browser and does not require an app install.
Next steps
For the full Simple Mode flow, start with Start your first simple recording. To show the same access point in the room, continue with Add a stage display in Simple Mode. For larger events, review Run Advanced Mode with remote recorders and displays.
